Where we ship
We ship within the United States.
Processing and delivery times
Saunas, cold plunges, surfboards and sauna equipment ship directly from the manufacturer. Fins and select wetsuits ship from our shop in Santa Cruz. Blown Out apparel is made to order. Estimated delivery times, including processing:
- Barrel saunas, indoor sauna kits, wood stoves and large heaters: 8 to 15 business days (freight)
- Surfboards: 7 to 11 business days
- Sauna heaters, controls and accessories: 4 to 8 business days
- Fins, bags, leashes and swim fins: 5 to 8 business days
- Blown Out apparel (made to order): 5 to 10 business days
Orders with items from more than one source may arrive in separate shipments.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Saunas and cold plunges
These ship by freight. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Please inspect the shipment when it arrives and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Damaged or lost shipments
If an item arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the carrier or manufacturer to make it right.
